MEET OUR CONSULTANTS

LAWRENCE POTTER

A specialist advisor with more than 30 years of commercial experience that blends business advice and an academic career. Lawrence has extensive experience working with organisations (owners and their teams) to develop and implement strategic growth and improvement initiatives (operations, sales, marketing and organisational development and culture). These programs are built on a series of key pillars that are used to build alignment of resources with a view to achieving success through people, planning and performance.

Lawrence has postgraduate qualifications with an MBA and postgraduate certificate in research and is now completing a PhD in Business.

 

 

 

DR. HELEN CONOMOS

Dr. Helen Conomos is a leader in the field of Strategic Recruitment. Helen holds a PhD in Human Resources Management from the University of Sydney. She has 20 years of teaching experience in Human Resources, Strategic Recruitment, Organisational Behaviour and Strategic Management as well as other business-related courses at undergraduate as well as post-graduate levels.

In addition to her academic background, Helen has extensive industry experience working as a Senior HR Consultant and Executive Search Consultant. More recently, she has engaged in external HR consulting in the profit and not-for-profit sectors specialising in areas including but not limited to: recruitment and selection; diversity management; performance and reward management and career development.
