We offer a 12-month replacement guarantee for all roles with a salary package in excess of $150,000 + Super (this excludes vacancies that re-occur due to a restructure).

CLIENT ENGAGEMENT AND POSITION ANALYSIS
Our executive search process is highly consultative, aiming to clearly define your specific organisational needs with a strong focus on role responsibilities, qualifications and cultural fit requirements.
RESEARCH AND SOURCING
We will use various research methodologies to compile a longlist of suitable candidates.
CANDIDATE PRESENTATION AND SHORTLISTING
We will provide you with a shortlist of candidates that best meet your technical and Behavioural/Personality Requirements. In consultation with you and subject to your approval, we will further condense the shortlist.
CLIENT INTERVIEWS
The client conducts interviews with shortlisted candidates.
PSYCHOMETRIC TESTING AND SELECTION
Post these interviews, we will provide recommendations regarding suitable psychometric assessments that will be used to further assess your preferred candidates.This will be done with a view to increasing the predictive ability of the recruitment process in targeting candidates that are likely to achieve high levels of success in the role. These results and their interpretation will be discussed with you. The preferred candidate will then be selected in consultation with you.
CANDIDATE CHECKS
An Australian Police Check and a Right to Work Check will be undertaken for the preferred candidate. Reference checks will be conducted for the preferred candidate prior to an offer of employment being made.
OFFER AND ACCEPTANCE
Subsequent to detailed consultation with you, we will make an offer of employment to the successful candidate and we will assist with requisite negotiations regarding the executives’ terms and conditions of employment.
